Accounts Officer

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Update the daily settlement
2. Pass journal entries
3. Issue of tax invoices
4. Updating of daily collections/ receipts
5. Perform Cash Collection duty on a rotation basis
6. Monthly AR ageing report
7. Reconciliation of Income accounts via bank.
8. Assisting preparing the monthly balance sheet schedules
9. Assisting in temple events such as CNY, Vesak Day, AGM, etc
10. Any other adhoc duties assigned by Supervisor
11. Assist in operation duty

Requirements :

1. Entry Level or its equivalent
2. Good knowledge in Accounting Systems
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office
4. Customer orientated, enjoys working in a fast pace and dynamic environment, meeting tight deadlines and works well under pressure
5. Require to work on Saturdays or Sundays occasionally
