Job Summary

You will manage daily receipt data entry, coordinate with operations for receipt verification, monitor outstanding payments, prepare regular financial reports and reconciliations, and support the team with ad-hoc tasks.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter daily receipt data from local and overseas customers to maintain up-to-date financial records
• Coordinate with the operations team to verify daily receipts and resolve discrepancies promptly
• Monitor outstanding payments from local and overseas customers and follow up to ensure timely collections
• Prepare weekly debtor ageing reports to track payment statuses and support financial analysis
• Compile monthly inter-company statement of accounts reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
• Prepare monthly journal vouchers to record financial transactions correctly
• Perform ad-hoc duties as needed to support team operations and maintain workflow efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in accounts.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in this position
• Ability to organize and coordinate tasks effectively to support team goals
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively as a team player
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and telephone etiquette skills
• Proficiency in English and Chinese languages
