Accounts Officer (Fullsets and Reporting)

• Handle month‑end closing activities, including preparation and reviewing of journals, and preparation of monthly balance sheet schedules.
• Prepare monthly consolidated financial analysis and three‑month forecasts for management review, ensuring accuracy in reporting.
• Assist in J‑SOX audit activities by coordinating with internal members, assessors, and testers, submission of audit results, and support external audit matters.
• Conduct annual fixed asset physical verification and manage assets additions/disposals.
• Assist with audit requests and compliance documentation.
• Assist with monthly and ad-hoc HQ reporting.
• Provide support for office administrative matters.
• Handle company car maintenance and car leasing–related matters.
• Handle office maintenance, including office cleaning, quarterly stationery and grocery supplies, and courier arrangements.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience handling a full set of accounts.
• Diploma in Accounting or professional qualification.
• Business-level proficiency or higher in English to liaise effectively with English-speaking stakeholders.
