Accounts Officer (West, 5 Days, $3.5k)

Salary: up to $3,500
Work Days: 5 Days
Work Location: West

Responsibilities:
• Support daily accounting and finance operations.
• Process invoices, payments, receipts and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting data.
• Assist with GST reporting, reconciliations and period-end closing activities.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on finance matters.
• Provide administrative support and assist with audits when required.

Requirements:
• Diploma/Certificate in Accountancy or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Familiar with basic accounting practices and GST requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Meticulous, organised and able to maintain confidentiality
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Singaporean only need apply
