Job Summary

Manage full-cycle accounting functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and administrative support to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Enter incoming receipts and supplier invoices into SAP for accurate financial tracking
• Maintain organized data entry and filing systems for financial documentation
• Prepare payment summary lists and execute supplier payments via online banking and invoice financing to ensure timely settlements
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax agents to complete statutory audits and tax submissions accurately and on time
• Manage general administrative duties including booking air tickets, replenishing office supplies, and supporting back-end office functions to ensure operational efficiency
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support business needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Accountancy or relevant field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficiency in SAP accounting system to enhance financial processing efficiency
• Advanced skills in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Experience in invoice financing submission to banks to support payment processes
• Demonstrated proactive work attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
