🔍 Key Responsibilities:

- Process and reconcile invoices with precision.

- Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows.

💼 Requirements:

- Warehouse logistics

- Purchasing to ensure 3 ways matching before authorising supplier's invoices in system for payment

- Resolving goods received without invoices with suppliers

- PO and pricing issues with purchasers

- Knowledge on Quickbook

- Upload bulk payments to bank portal

- To apply and negotiate for better credit terms with suppliers

- Any other duty as assigned

- Singapore and PR preferred.
