Accounts Payable (Outgoing payment):

• Ensure that invoice details comply with AFOP before initiating payment processing.
• Conduct tele-verification/confirmation of bank details for initial payment
• Prepare payment vouchers and update payment listings.
• Forward payment vouchers with invoices and supporting documents to the relevant department head for advance e-approval.
• Once approved, proceed with e-banking preparation and seek final approval from the head of finance.
• Scan and file all vouchers.
• Provide assistance with payment-related bank queries.
• Undertake ad-hoc finance support duties as assigned.
• Trade Assist in Bill Lading

Qualifications

1. Degree/Diploma in Accounting
2. 1 - 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable. Candidate without experienced are welcometo apply
3. Positive Team Player
