Accounts Payable Manager***

This will be a 1 year + 1 year contract position based in One North.

Scope of Work

• Review and approve payments to vendors
• Review withholding tax submissions prepared by AP associates
• Ensure SLA and KPI are met
• Work with internal stakeholders on AP and intra-company cost recovery matters
• Ensure cost recoveries are processed timely and accurately
• Streamline work processes
• Review aged open blocked invoices to ensure proper action/follow-up is completed
• Ensure compliance with internal control and accounting policies and procedures
• Collaborate with users to enhance business processes and internal controls
• Any other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent finance and accounting qualification
• 3 to 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a shared services environment
• Proficient in SAP and strong Excel skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A team player with strong organizational and communication skill
• Able to perform in a fast-paced environment
• Able to manage tight deadlines
