Accounts Payable Officer (Central)

🕒 Work Hours: 5 days work week (9am-6pm)

💰 Salary: Up to $4,500

Our client is a globally recognised luxury hotel brand operating an upscale lifestyle property in Singapore's central business district.

Job Scope:

• Process and verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, and receiving records, ensuring accuracy, proper approvals, and compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Manage supplier payments, account reconciliations, and vendor enquiries, ensuring timely payment processing and resolution of discrepancies while maintaining positive supplier relationships.
• Maintain accurate financial records, documentation, and audit-ready files, supporting month-end closing activities, reporting requirements, and internal or external audits
• Utilise accounting systems and financial tools to support transaction processing, data accuracy, process improvements, and strong internal controls while upholding confidentiality and financial integrity.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with 1–2 years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, or a similar finance function.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage financial transactions and records efficiently and professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experienced in using accounting or financial management systems; hospitality finance system knowledge is an advantage.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
