Job Description - Accounts Receivable / Billing Executive

Job Scope:

Generate invoices via system.
Key in payment received via system.
Ensure accurate and timely issuance of bill to customers.
Ensure clients pay on time.
Send reminders to clients regarding payments.
Provide support on cases related to billing.
General admin duties (data entry, filing, sorting duties, etc)
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor/senior management.

Note:

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm, Saturday 8.00am to 12.00pm

• Location: Woodlands Wave 9 Building

• Able to start work immediately.
