Accounts Receivable Executive (AR)

Job Responsibilities:

• Process customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Generate and send customer Statements of Account (SOA).
• Monitor customer payments and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Perform receipt posting and account reconciliation.
• Liaise with customers and the sales team to resolve billing issues.
• Review and reconcile customer accounts.
• Support month-end closing and AR reporting.
• Assist with credit assessments and customer account maintenance.
• Support finance-related projects and other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Experience in invoice processing, collections and account reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using accounting or ERP systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of Singapore GST is an advantage.
• Meticulous, responsible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates with experience handling high-volume invoice processing will have an added advantage.
