Accounts Receivable Executive (Tuas, 5 Days, $3.5k)

Salary: up to $3,500
Work Days: 5 Days (8am to 5:30pm)
Work Location: Tuas (company transport provided)

Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts receivable, including billing, collections and account reconciliations.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with customers to ensure timely payments.
• Process credit/debit notes, write-offs and other AR-related transactions.
• Resolve payment discrepancies and customer account issues.
• Prepare AR reports, aging analysis and collection updates for management.
• Support month-end closing, audits and financial reporting activities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Recommend process improvements and assist with documentation updates.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Accounting or a related discipline
• 2 to 3 years of Accounts Receivable or relevant accounting experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Comfortable handling collection activities and working with large volumes of data
• Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
• Singaporean only need apply
