Accounts Receivables Officer (Central)

🕒 Work Hours: 5 days work week (9am-6pm)

💰 Salary: Up to $4,500

Our client is a globally recognised luxury hotel brand operating an upscale lifestyle property in Singapore's central business district.

Job Scope:

• Post and manage all receivables transactions, including credit card payments, guest accounts, and city ledger postings, ensuring accuracy and timely recording of financial data.
• Perform daily credit card reconciliations, manage settlements, handle chargebacks, and ensure proper alignment with bank collections and supporting documentation.
• Maintain and monitor city ledger accounts, including outstanding balances, discrepancies, and follow-ups, while supporting the Credit team in managing overdue accounts.
• Ensure accurate financial documentation, system updates, and compliance with hotel policies and internal controls while collaborating closely with Finance, Credit, banks, and internal departments.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with 1–2 years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, or a similar finance function.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage financial transactions and records efficiently and professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experienced in using accounting or financial management systems; hospitality finance system knowledge is an advantage.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
