Accounts Supervisor

Job Description:

• Review and verify GST treatment and billing information on invoices
• Perform cost allocation and ensure proper financial recording
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable and receivable records
• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Ensure all permits are properly prepared, accurate, and compliant with MES licensing requirements
• Provide administrative support to the manager as required
• Mentor and guide junior team members to support their development

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in accounting/finance, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or senior capacity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
• Familiar with accounting software (experience in Globe 3 is an advantage)
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and support team growth
