Accounts Supervisor

📍 Work Location: Tuas

🕘 Work Hour: Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

💰 Salary: Basic up to $3,500/month + AWS + Performance Bonus

Job Description

• Process and verify invoices for accounts payable
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable records
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and licensing requirements
• Perform cost allocations and financial analysis
• Provide administrative support to finance manager
• Mentor and guide junior accounting staff
• Prepare financial reports and documentation
• Handle customs clearance documentation and related accounting

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Min 2 years of accounting or finance experience
• Good understanding of accounting principles and GST
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in a team
