Job Description - Admin and Account Executive

Responsible for administering the full spectrum of finance & accounting functions and maintaining the full set of accounts;
Prepare timely and accurate financial and management reporting of firm’s monthly results;
Support audit requirements by preparing bank reconciliations and liaising with external vendors (to ensure full compliance);
Handle GST and other submissions;
Monthly budget and cash flow reporting;
Providing support in all administrative tasks;
Preparing invoices for our clients;
Preparing invoices for contractors and maintaining P&L cover sheets for project completion;
Maintains office inventory list ensuring fridge and stationeries are fully stocked;
Data entry and miscellaneous ad-hoc duties as required
