Admin and Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for full set of accounts inclusive salary and CPF submission for a few subsidiaries of the Group

- Handle intercompany billings (Singapore, China and Malaysia) & intercompany reconciliation.

- Update subsidiaries project file and ensure all the contract, billing and expenses are in order.

- Handle HQ office account payable and payment via internet banking.

- Prepare accounting schedules for audit purposes.

- Prepare and submission of GST returns for subsidiaries.

- In charge of company insurance renewal, some of company event, recruitment

- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the immediate manager

Job Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance or its relevant field

· At least 5 years of relevant working experience

· Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel

· Ability to communicate effectively

· Able to multi-task, proactive and takes ownership to complete assigned tasks
