Admin and Finance Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and diligent individual who possesses a positive attitude to assist with the HR/Admin & Finance functions. Reporting to Finance Manager, you will be a team player with a willingness to learn and completes your tasks with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities -

• Provide accounting support and report
• Basic accounting duties, AP/AR
• To ensure the maintenance of the office documents with a proper and orderly filing system in place
• To keep track of office supplies/equipment/vendors and source for cost-effective and reliable vendors and suppliers, with proper replenishment and inventory control.
• Admin Duties
• Assist with other ad-doc finance related duties

Requirement -

• At least 1 year of working experience in related fields
• At least GCE "O" Level
• Proficient in MS Office & Excel
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
