Prepare and issue electronic or hardcopy invoices to customers.
Manage the procurement, inventory, and distribution of office supplies to ensure sufficient stock levels.
Handle incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate personnel, and greet and assist visitors and clients.
Perform daily administrative duties, including printing, photocopying, scanning, filing, and document binding.
Coordinate the receipt, recording, and dispatch of courier parcels.
Compile and summarize employees' overtime records to support monthly payroll processing.
Assist the Sales and Project teams with document preparation, filing, and other administrative support.
Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor or management
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent qualification.
At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role. Experience in the construction, engineering, or industrial industry will be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Familiar with basic data entry, document filing, and invoice tracking processes.
Good command of both English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and clients.
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
A responsible, proactive team player with a positive working attitude.
