Responsibilities
• Efficiently manage incoming telephone calls • Oversee company insurance renewal • Supervise maintenance and repair activities for vehicles, machinery, equipment, and air conditioning systems • Coordinate government license applications and renewals • Organize document filing, stationery inventory, and petty cash management • Handle accounts receivables and payables, including generating invoices and reconciling supplier statements • Follow up on customer payments and collections, maintaining accurate financial records • Communicate with customers regarding deliveries and support general accounting tasks using SAP software • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
• Diploma in Accountancy or related field • At least 1 year experience in administrative functions • Knowledge of PivotTable is an added advantage
