Admin Assistant (Finance/ Billing) #East #Daycare JL

• Generate monthly invoices and verify the accuracy
• Perform daily reconciliations of e-payments
• Track clients with outstanding balances for follow-up
• Process GIRO applications and liaise with clients/ banks for failed deductions.
• Track, submit and reconciliate claims related to healthcare financing schemes and subsidies
• Assist in finance-related audits including preparing reports etc.
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Diploma in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
