Job Description

• Handle administrative and accounting matters for clients
• Perform data entry and maintain proper documentation and filing
• Assist in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and basic accounting records
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams on operational matters
• Maintain and update records, reports, and supporting documents
• Assist in general office administrative duties
• Ensure documents are properly organized and submitted on time

Requirements

• Fresh graduate with Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Basic knowledge of accounting and administrative work
• Able to work independently and responsibly
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Able to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word
