Administrative Assistant

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have good attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the office, including preparing quotations and responding to email enquiries
• Prepare and print product labels
• Coordinate and relay customer orders from business clients to the kitchen team
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of ISO, HACCP, and Halal certification documents
• Purchase inventory and ingredients from suppliers
• Receive incoming goods and coordinate with delivery personnel for proper storage
• Prepare delivery orders and invoices when required
• Support daily office operations and administrative tasks

Requirements

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Able to commit to a 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Experience is preferred, but applicants without experience are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
