Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Executive to support our accounts and daily administrative operations. This role will focus mainly on handling financial documentation, invoice processing, and assisting with basic accounting tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
⦁ Prepare and issue invoices, quotations, and receipts
⦁ Assist in accounts payable and receivable (AP/AR)
⦁ Verify invoices and supporting documents before submission
⦁ Maintain proper records of financial transactions
⦁ Perform general administrative tasks (filing, data entry, document management)
⦁ Maintain organised records of projects and client documents
⦁ Coordinate with internal teams for billing and documentation updates
⦁ Support other ad-hoc admin duties when required
Requirements
⦁ Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
⦁ Prior experience in admin/accounts role preferred
⦁ Basic knowledge of accounting (AP/AR, invoicing)
⦁ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
⦁ Detail-oriented and good with numbers
⦁ Able to handle confidential information responsibly
