The Admin Executive supports the company’s daily operations by handling administrative and financial tasks, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, internal departments, and management. This role is responsible for accurate documentation, cash handling, and overall office efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Support & Communication
Manage the company’s main communication channels (WhatsApp, phone calls, and email) to ensure timely and professional responses.
Handle customer enquiries related to payments, renewals, and general service matters.
Maintain proper communication records and follow up with customers when required.
2. Daily Record Keeping
Maintain daily cashbooks and manage cash floats; record all incoming and outgoing transactions accurately.
Ensure timely closing of daily transactions and reconciliation with Accounts. Keep proper records and documentation to ensure transparency and compliance in all cash-related activities.
3. Account & Record Management
Assist customers with onboarding for financial or payment-related agreements.
Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding or overdue payments.
Maintain both physical and digital records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and easy reference.
4. General Office Administration
Maintain and update customer and company documentation such as contracts, forms, and records.
Handle general office tasks including procurement, scheduling, and filing.
Support process improvement initiatives and contribute to the digitalisation of administrative workflows.
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable with digital tools.
Strong attention to detail, good organisational skills, and ability to work independently.
Positive attitude with good communication and teamwork skills.
Bonus to have
Prior experience in administration or finance, preferably in an SME environment.
