Analyst, M&A

The Role

We are looking to hire an Analyst (0–2 years) to join our Singapore team, with a primary focus on M&A execution.

Responsibilities:

• Support execution of sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions
• Build financial models and perform valuation analyses
• Prepare marketing materials including teasers, information memoranda and presentations
• Coordinate due diligence and manage data rooms
• Conduct industry and company research
• Work closely with senior team members on live deal processes

Requirements:

• 0–2 years’ experience in investment banking (M&A), corporate finance or transaction advisory
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skillset
• Solid understanding of M&A processes
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a lean, fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Salary: $10,000-$12,000
