Responsibilities
• Be a core member of the Regional IBG Ops projects for OAT Products and Ecosystems/Platforms partnership from inception, planning, information gathering and implementation. • Be a Core SME/Expert on Trade related products and Channels and support the Regional Operations and business group for Change implementation • Participate in project cadence meetings with business owners from GTS and IBG, country operations teams to understand business requirements and operational processes • Analyse the business requirements and prepare user stories for operations processes digitization • Work in partnership with country operations team, GTS, IBG RMs, and technology team on solutioning and operationalization • Coordinate with country operations team and regional test teams for test plan preparation and functional testing to ensure user requirements are fulfilled • Prepare training material and conduct training sessions to country operations as part of the project operationalization activities • Perform data analysis via data dashboard to track digital adoption, improvements, and to identify exceptions and opportunities for further improvements in OAT journeys and dial up Straight Through Processing (STP) rate
Requirements
• More than 2 years’ and strong project management experience with a proven track record (waterfall or agile model). • Have knowledge on Trade systems and experience as system end user will be advantageous • Have proven experience in requirements gathering, functional testing and conducting training to end-user. • Expertise in analysing customer requirements and translating the same into user stories, test strategy and test cases • Independent, meticulous worker with ability to slice and dice problem, structure his/her work, be creative and think out-of-the-box • Possess strong written and verbal communications skills • Demonstrates good work ethics and is able to adapt to changes and is able to deliver within tight timelines • Highly detail oriented, organized and organizationally agile individual preferred. • Ability to operate self-sufficiently under strategic direction • Willingness to adapt to dynamic circumstances • Expert with Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint and others project tools
