Analyst, Operation (New Business)

The Operations Analyst (New Business) ensures the smooth and efficient processing of all new business submissions. The role is responsible for managing workflows and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of supporting business operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely processing and handling of new business submissions
• Manage submissions, scanning, data entry, and arrange delivery of documents to providers.
• Update new business lodgements and provide daily status updates.
• Maintenance of client database and policy data.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate retrieval, filing, and archival of documents.
• Manage common mailbox enquiries and ensure all queries are promptly addressed.
• Review, streamline, and improve workflows where applicable to enhance efficiency.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned to support business needs.

Requirements:

• Meticulous and detail-oriented, with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in operations or insurance is an advantage.
