Analyst / Senior Analyst – Portfolio Management

Portfolio Management & Performance Monitoring

• Maintain portfolio-level and asset level financial models and performance dashboards.
• Monitor asset-level operating and financial performance against budgets.
• Track portfolio KPIs including occupancy, NOI, cash flow, valuations, and returns.
• Support portfolio reviews and investment committee reporting.

Analysis

• Build and maintain financial models for acquisitions, disposals, and capita projects.
• Make recommendation supported by data on assets or portfolio and help implement asset management strategies.
• Perform market research and comparable transaction analysis.
• Prepare presentations and recommendation materials.
• Assist with underwriting and sensitivity analysis.

Asset Budgeting & Forecasting

• Support annual asset budgeting exercises and half-yearly reforecasts
• Maintain budget models with Finance team
• Collate, review and analyse income and OPEX assumptions from asset leasing and property management teams.
• Make recommendations on asset or portfolio strategy based on variance analysis

Senior Management & Investor Reporting

• Support preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports to various stakeholders.
• Assist with performance and portfolio analytics.
• Prepare investor presentations, fact sheets, and reporting materials.
• Provide insights on market conditions

Governance & Process Management

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting outputs.
• Support ad hoc strategic projects across the investment platform.
• Explore and implement efficient technology solutions
