Anti-Fraud Investigation Manager

Haier is a diversified global enterprise with operations across multiple countries and industries, continuously advancing international expansion and business scale.

As business complexity and cross-regional operations increase, the Group has raised higher requirements for integrity, compliance, risk prevention, and anti-fraud governance.

To further strengthen the Group’s anti-fraud framework, enhance risk identification and governance capabilities across key domains and platforms, and support long-term, compliant, and healthy business development, this position is established.

Responsibilities:

1. Take the lead on key cases assigned by Headquarters, identify internal personnel and external partners involved in illegal or fraudulent activities, recover losses, enhance deterrence, and support compliant and healthy business development.

2. Drive the implementation of anti-fraud efforts across key domains and industries, focusing on performance gaps and long-term underperforming platforms, and addressing entrenched issues through systematic anti-fraud initiatives. Build and continuously optimize the regional anti-fraud management framework in compliance with local laws and Group policies, ensuring effective implementation. Establish and promote standardized, multilingual whistleblowing channels across business units to strengthen integrity culture and compliance awareness.

3. Managefraud investigations and closed-loop case handling, including effectiveness assessment, to continuously improve investigation quality and efficiency.

4. Leverage fraud cases to identify underlying process and control weaknesses, work with business teams to design and implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence of similar risks.

5. Be responsible for the establishment of anti-fraud process and system framework, promotion of whistleblowing and complaint channels, collection of fraud-related clues, building of integrity culture, as well as publicity and implementation of warning education and training programs.

6. Build and optimize anti-fraud governance and collaboration mechanisms and coordinate closely with relevant departments across the Group to enhance overall anti-fraud effectiveness.

Requirements：

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in law, or related fields.

2. At least 5 years of experience in anti-fraud /internal corruption or bribery, or related legal roles, with multinational or regional experience preferred. Strong capability to independently conduct fraud investigations and risk analysis. Ability to design and implement anti-fraud policies, systems, and processes. Practical experience in fraud case investigation and judicial prosecution。

3. Demonstrates solid organizational, communication, coordination, and team collaboration skills, with strong problem identification and foresight, and a proactive attitude toward work challenges.

4. Fluent in English and Mandarin as working languages, with strong cross-cultural communication and reporting skills.

5. Relevant professional certifications (e.g. Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)) are preferred.

6. Willing to global travel as required.
