Assistant Account Supervisor (Olvl/ NoExp/ Fresh/ Central)

Responsibilites:

• Compile daily and monthly reports detailing any discrepancies in cash counts.
• Collect daily reports from cashiers or other relevant personnel.
• Ensure that reports are properly packed and organised for record-keeping purposes.
• Verify and reconcile credit card payments with sales records and assist in resolving any discrepancies or issues.
• Organise and prepare slip bags for use by cashiers on the sales floor.
• Provide training to cashiers on how to use the point-of-sale (POS) system effectively.
• Assist in supervising stocktake activities to ensure accurate inventory management.
• Assist the merchandising department with troubleshooting POS system issues.
• Generate and assign unique identification numbers or badges for cashiers.
• Organise and file accounting documents such as invoices and receipts.
• Any other job related duties assigned by the Company or your superior.

Requirements:

• Min GCE O Level
• Prior cashiering experience will be an advantage
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
