Job Description - Assistant Accountant

Description:

Handle account receivable/ account payable duties
Support internal audit & external audit

General Ledger (GL)
Handling emails and phone calls & Credit control
Assist in monthly closings and year-end closing
Support financial reporting/ Financial statement

Other Administrative/accounting duties including but are not limited to the above duties

Requirements:

knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel, General Ledger (GL), bank reconciliation, month-end closing, financial reporting

Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork
Training will be provided

Nice-to-have:

Relevant internship or work experience in a finance/Accounting role

Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus
