·      Liaise with regulators, banks, government agencies, and external consultants where required.

·      Track application statuses, compliance requirements, reporting obligations, and successful fund procurement.

·      Maintain a centralized tracker of available incentives and active applications.

Financial Closing & Finance Operations

·      Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing activities.

·      Support reconciliations, accruals, variance analysis, and reporting schedules.

·      Coordinate with accounting teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial records.

·      Assist in preparation of management reports and finance presentations.

·      Support process improvement and finance operational efficiency initiatives.

Risk, Controls & Coordination

·      Ensure proper documentation and control standards are maintained for banking and finance activities.

·      Support implementation of finance SOPs and governance processes.

·      Coordinate across treasury, accounts, settlement, compliance, and operations teams on finance-related initiatives.

·      Assist management with strategic finance and operational projects as required.

Requirements

·      Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.

·      4–7 years of experience in finance, treasury, banking relations, or financial operations.

·      Prior exposure to Singapore grants, fintech incentives, MAS-related schemes, or government support programs is highly preferred.

·      Experience working with banks, payment institutions, fintechs, or financial services environments is advantageous.
