Job Description - Assistant Finance Manager (Reporting)

Assist YY Group in analyzing and selecting appropriate accounting policies, and support management in preparing memos for significant accounting transactions in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Key accounting issues may include:

Review and analyze all legal documents related to business acquisition transactions, and propose proper accounting treatments and its ongoing measurement.
Review and analyze all legal documents related to complex financing transactions, and propose proper accounting treatments and its ongoing measurement.
Review the Company's revenue streams to ensure all revenues are recorded correctly in accordance with I54FRS.
Review and analyze legal documents related to the Company's equity transactions, such as shared based compensation, and propose proper accounting treatments and its ongoing measurement.
Review and analyze tax provisions, propose proper accounting treatments for it current and deferred tax.
Review other complex transactions which may have impact on the Company’s financial reporting.

Assist the Company in preparing consolidation worksheets and financial statements.
Assist the Company in preparing management discussion and analysis required in its filing documents.
Assist the Company in communicating with its auditors, investment banks and legal counsels on auditing and financial related matters.
Assist the Company in analyzing and responding to financial related SEC comments.
Provide general accounting-related consulting and advice to improve internal accounting processes as requested by the Company and its accounting team during the engagement period.
To ensure all the reporting comply with standards of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (United States) (“PCAOB”)
