Assist the Singapore Office CEO
1. Achieve growth in Singapore OFFICE revenue and provide global asset allocation services to high-net-worth customers;
2. Strengthen the legal compliance of the company's product promotion, study local industry policies, participate in product innovation, and enhance the market influence of the local company's brand;
3. By building and integrating teams, proactively explore customer needs, serve the group's internal customers while developing more potential customers, obtain more referrals and create more marketing opportunities, establish deep links with customers, and improve customer conversion rates;
4. Work closely with other departments within the group to ensure smooth business development;
5. Ensure the continuous improvement of the team’s professional capabilities and service quality by inheriting the company’s organizational capabilities;
6. Design performance-oriented incentive programs/mechanisms to effectively motivate and reward sales staff (and teams) and sales channels to achieve better marketing effectiveness and improve their enthusiasm and creativity.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, regulators, and board members.
Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and industry events to enhance its reputation and credibility.
Collaborate with external partners, such as legal advisors and auditors, to fulfill regulatory and compliance obligations.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in finance or economics, proficient in Mandarin;
2. More than 15 years of experience in the financial industry, more than 10 years of team management experience, and experience in marketing management in mainland China's private banking or wealth management industries;
3. Have a global perspective, a deep understanding of the wealth management industry, and a keen insight into the market. Familiar with or proficient in fields such as investment, wealth inheritance, insurance, immigration, taxation, education, global real estate, etc.; have strong resource coordination and problem-solving abilities;
4. Have excellent organizational planning and management capabilities, be able to accurately position the market and effectively formulate strategic plans;
5. Have strong abilities in systematic thinking, grasping the overall situation, innovation, resource coordination and problem solving;
Have strong acumen for high-net-worth client groups, and have good customer service spirit and communication influence;
