Assistant Grant Manager

Our Client:

• Up to $6,500 per month, and Variable Bonus
• 2 year contract (Convertible to permanent)
• 5 Days, Office Hours
• Ang Mo Kio
• Government Sector

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Grant Processing Officers, providing direction, coaching, and support to achieve team and organizational goals.
• Develop team capabilities through regular engagement, training, and performance management.
• Oversee end-to-end grant processing operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely approvals.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and audit requirements through strong governance and internal controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and policy owners to resolve issues and improve processing efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, preparing reports and using data insights to drive improvements.
• Manage escalations and complex cases, ensuring fair and consistent decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Min 5 years of experience in grants administration or operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing large teams.
