Job Summary

You will prepare financial analyses, manage audit schedules, and oversee grant-funded programs to support effective financial management and compliance at KTPH.

Responsibilities

• Prepare variance analyses to support accurate management reporting and decision-making
• Develop and review monthly audit schedules to ensure compliance and readiness for audits
• Prepare month-end and year-end closing accruals and perform account reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing required documentation and explanations
• Assist in annual budgeting and forecasting exercises to align financial plans with organizational goals
• Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to manage manpower subvention effectively
• Manage grant-funded programs by monitoring grant utilization, budget balances, and claim submission timelines to ensure compliance with funding requirements
• Liaise with funding agencies, internal stakeholders, and auditors on grant-related matters to facilitate smooth communication and reporting
• Execute ad-hoc duties and assignments as required to support departmental objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent with at least 3 years of accounting and management reporting experience
• Knowledge of SAP and experience in the healthcare industry to enhance financial system use and sector understanding
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, to perform data analysis and reporting
• Ability to work independently while demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively
• Professional, proactive, and self-motivated team player with strong analytical skills to solve problems and improve processes
