Assistant/Finance Manager (Real Estate)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and compile monthly accounts & reporting, management reports, conduct variance analysis, and budgeting & forecasting.
• Ensuring compliance with Singapore regulations by preparing Income Tax & GST returns, as well as handling other tax-related tasks.
• Prepare annual audited financial statements.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors.

Requirements:

• Hold a Degree in Accountancy or other professional accounting qualifications with a minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Proficient in account preparation and skilled in recommending financial strategies through careful analysis of accounting alternatives.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative with strong communication abilities, capable of working autonomously.
• Prior supervisory experience.
