About The Role

We are seeking an Associate to support the origination, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities and strategic transactions. This role sits at the intersection of deal execution and stakeholder management, requiring strong commercial judgment, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, highly conscientious, and adaptable. They should be comfortable evaluating opportunities critically, understanding stakeholder needs, and communicating complex concepts in a clear and commercially compelling manner. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams are essential for success in this role.

Some Of The Key Responsibilities Include

• Conduct research to identify and engage prospective investors across PE/VC funds, family offices, external asset managers, and high-net-worth individuals
• Support deal origination efforts through investor analysis, market research, and trend analysis
• Prepare presentation materials including pitch books, company profiles, and investment proposals
• Build and maintain financial models on relevant companies and projects
• Perform investment research and produce written reports on deals and target companies
• Assist in the execution of live transactions
• Coordinate investor engagement tracking and follow-up activities
• Handle client queries and provide general support to senior team members

About You

• Working knowledge of capital markets instruments including equities, debt, and structured products.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; financial modelling experience is a plus
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Self-motivated with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentt
