Our team specialises in executive search for middle to senior level positions in several industries including Legal, Financial Services and Life Science, and so on. We not only cover the Asian talent market but also reach out to senior executives in the US and Europe.

Your role will include:

• Working with clients in APAC to do market research and provide business consulting and senior level recruitment services
• Partnering with leading startups, firms, and large corporates in the financial services sector to source the best-fit working professionals to meet their talent needs
• Helping clients with recruiting the right Analyst, Associate, VP, Director, Partners in Singapore and beyond (including regional markets such as China and other Southeast Asian countries)
• Conduct thorough market research to understand talent trends, and with your professional knowledge advise candidates with career development strategies
• Responsible for walking the candidates through the entire recruitment process, and maintain good relationship in the long term
• Meet and exceed assigned quarterly / yearly sales targets

Requirements:

• You have a full-time Bachelor's degree or the above obtained from a leading university
• You have relevant internship or working experience in recruitment, consulting, business development or the equivalent
• You have an excellent command of English in writing and speaking
• Prior working experience in the Southeast Asia markets will be advantageous
• You have proven track record in meeting targets or KPIs in your previous internships / jobs
• You demonstrate great skills in building rapport and maintain good relationships with people
