Job Description - Associate Director, Corporate Development & Investments

We are seeking an experienced investment professionalwith experience in data center or real estate M&A, strategic transactionsand joint ventures to join as Associate Director, Investments inour Investments and Corporate Development team based in Singapore.

This is a high impact role responsible forend-to-end ownership of several ongoing projects across an extensive portfolioof operating, under construction and pipeline data centre projects in SouthKorea.

Reporting to Head of Investments, the AssociateDirector will partner closely with local and regional Design, Engineering,Customer Sales, Finance teams and provide investment direction and aligncommunications with internal and external stakeholders in a fast paced andregionally distributed environment.

This role, based in Singapore, will also drivepipeline development and partnership opportunities across the country andexplore new targets for growth and expansion.

Key responsibilities:

Transaction Execution and Deal Management

·      Lead the end-to-endtransaction process – from target identification, due diligence, valuation, structuring,negotiation, and closing.

·      Manage internal andexternal advisors (banks, legal, technical, tax, and environmental consultants)

·      Drive comprehensiveanalysis including financial modelling, tax structuring, commercial evaluation,and business plan development (including customer dependencies).

·      Drive debtfinancing discussions with lenders to procure funding for development projects.

·      Present investmentrecommendations and insights to senior stakeholders and prepare investmentcommittee materials and board papers

·      Ensure alignment oftransaction structures with long-term operational and financial goals.

Cost and Schedule Control and Executive Reporting

·      Oversee investmentplans, cost and schedule control, and risk management processes across activeand planned projects.

·      Provide actionableinsights to support capital planning, resource allocation, and strategicdecision-making

·      Ensure compliancewith internal governance, audit standards, and relevant regulatory frameworks

·      Monitorpost-acquisition performance, manage advisors, and resolve operational orcontractual issues.

New Opportunity Sourcing and Market Intelligence

·      Build and maintaina pipeline of greenfield and partnership opportunities, with a particular focuson Japan and other growth markets.

·      Manage the fullinvestment lifecycle — from site identification and acquisition to transactionstructuring and development execution.

·      Maintain aninformed perspective on industry trends, competitor moves, and market demanddrivers to guide strategic expansion.

·      Oversee developmentof sales deck for new and existing opportunities and collaborate closely withthe GTM team and construction teams

Cross-Functional Collaboration

·      Partner withdesign, operations, and finance teams to validate assumptions and assessfeasibility and align development programs with business goals, customerrequirements, and long-term capacity planning

·      Lead post-projectreviews and continuous-improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency,transparency, and execution consistency.

Candidate Profile

·      3-5 years ofexperience in private equity, infrastructure investing, consulting or corporatedevelopment — ideally within data centers, renewables, logistics, or energywith a strong track record of successful investment deals

·      Deep financialmodelling and valuation skills; comfort with regulatory and technical aspectsof large-scale developments.

·      Proven track recordin greenfield project origination and execution, including due diligence and JVstructuring.

·      Bachelor’s degreein finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred
