As part of their positive growth, they are looking for a commercially driven finance business partner to take on a high visibility role as an Associate Finance Director, Business Partnering.

about the job
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will work closely with the commercial, supply chain and sub-cluster finance leads to provide sales performance analysis, monitor results versus budget by brands, channels and country level. You will drive complex business reviews with C-suites on a macro perspective from and cascade it down to the cluster leaders to achieve strategic business growth objectives. With full P&L ownership, you will create valuable data analytics whilst delivering straightforward business plans and drive commercial excellence. 
skills and experience required
You should ideally be degree qualified with at least 12 years of experience as a finance business partner, preferably within fast-paced FMCG industries. You are agile with numbers and possess strong commercial acumen to drive meaningful and effective business outcomes. You are independent and comfortable working as an individual contributor.
