Associate / Senior Associate, Investor Relations Private Equity Fund

Our client is a multi-billion private equity firm with a strong track record in the region. Their LPs are mainly institutional investors. As their business continues to grow, they are looking for an Investor Relations professional to join their team in Singapore.

Key responsibilities:

• Work as a team to develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors and family offices etc
• Liaise with investors to provide them fund performance updates and answer their enquires
• Support fundraising process e.g. prepare presentations, investor updates, roadshows etc
• Keep track on the market to identify prospective investors
• Liaise with different departments to prepare marketing materials, investment memorandum, reports etc
• Organize investor events and meetings
• Collaborate with other teams to conduct due diligence on investors and onboarding
• Liaise with external stakeholders such as lawyers and other service providers
• Other ad-hoc duties

Key requirements:

• At least 3 years of Investor Relations/ Fundraising experience in Private Equity or Investment Banking / Corporate Finance or asset management industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Business Management or other disciplines
• Good track record in managing relationship with institutional investors and family offices
• Good financial technical knowledge in investment deals / transactions
• Good market knowledge in asset management industry
• Strong communication and presentation skills, motivated and detailed-oriented
• Fluent in Chinese language as the role will work with business stakeholders in Hong Kong and China offices
