We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Associate Servicing and Support Manager
In this role you will:
Be working closely with Relationship Managers to acquire, manage and grow client relationships by providing a superior level of client servicing and client proximity. The successful candidate will be expected to:
Support GNB to attain their strategic growth targets
Laise with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure operational effectiveness and delivery of high service levels
Liaise and follow up with Banking offices on inward/outward referrals and other operational matters
Follow up and ensure timely preparation and receipt of loan, security and other documentation in line with the credit approvals and facilitate activation of facilities
Participating in ad hoc projects relating to improving operation processes and customer experience
Ensure adherence to all applicable operational risk HSBC Standards and policies, reporting any breaches in accordance with local procedures
Be adaptive to ongoing changes within the organization and support the implementation of the changes needed in the department
To be successful you will need:
Preferably a diploma holder or graduate, with a strong desire to serve customers
Working knowledge in commercial banking products and banking operations
Excellent interpersonal, communication, telephone and customer servicing skills
Strong learning ability and comfortable with learning
Able to effectively interact with people at all levels and be a team player
Possess lots of initiative, drive and pride in getting the job done the right way the first time
