Associate Trust Accountant

We are an independent trustee and fiduciary services company. Due to expansion, we are looking for Associate Trust Accountant to join us.

Job responsibilities:

·      Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements

·      Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded

·      Update accounts receivable and issue invoices

·      Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations

·      Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed

·      Analyzes and prepares monthly reports 

·      Ensures all financial reporting deadlines are met 

·      Assist in financial audit and other reporting requirements

·      Provide computation of monthly clients’ portfolio net asset value

·      Performs other duties as assigned 

Job requirements:

·      Diploma/Degree in Accounting or relevant field

·      Team player and good working attitude

·      Proficient in MS Office & MYOB accounting software are advantageous

·      Able to work independently

·      Meticulous and keen to learn

·      Good communications and interpersonal skills

·      Detail oriented and organised
