Associate/Senior Associate, Regulatory Compliance

Our client is an international service provider that theyprovide a wide range of services such as regulatory compliance advisoryservices to their clients.  Their clientsare mainly in the financial services industry including asset management suchas hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital, payment solutionsetc.  As the business continues to grow,they are looking for Associate / Senior Associate, Regulatory Compliance andthe position is based in Singapore.

Key responsibilities:

·      Work as a team to manage a portfolio of fundmanagement clients to provide them compliance solutions and services

·      Provide compliance advisory services such aslicense applications, compliance program support, regulatory reporting etc

·      Handle compliance assignments and ensurecompletion that meet clients’ timelines and quality standards

·      Assist in drafting and reviewing proposals andletters of engagement to clients

·      Keep abreast of the latest regulatoryrequirements and industry updates

·      Other ad-hoc compliance duties as necessary

Key requirements

·      At least 2 years of regulatory complianceexperience in consultancy firms / audit firms / regulators / buyside assetmanagement firms

·      Good understanding of asset management industry

·      Candidates from audit background with fundexposure will be considered

·      Good client servicing and communication skills

·      Motivated, meticulous, team-player
