As a Relationship Manager, you will lead the strategic development of corporate client portfolios while ensuring robust risk management and business growth.

• Formulate and execute relationship management strategies to maximize business returns and deepen client engagement.
• Identify and capture new business opportunities and cross-border collaborations within the corporate sector.
• Lead the end-to-end credit process, including the timely preparation of concise proposals and renewals.
• Manage credit risk by monitoring outstanding exposures and pro-actively addressing deteriorating credits.
• Oversee comprehensive client due diligence and periodic reviews to ensure adherence to global banking standards.

skills and experience required.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in relationship management within the corporate banking sector.
• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Proven business acumen with a result-oriented approach to identifying cross-sell opportunities.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills to manage complex stakeholder relationships across multiple departments.
