AVP/VP - Investor Relations (Real Estate)

Reporting to the CEO directly, you will be responsible in managing and executing the investor relations plan including messaging, targeting and outreach strategies among the investment community.

You will be looking to manage relationships with analysts, investors and Stakeholders/Shareholders and provide prompt response to their inquiries. You will also plan, manage and execute various investor-related meetings such as earning calls, AGMs, Investor Day and any other REITs related events among the industry.

You will work closely with the Finance and branding and communications team to make sure that all external communications are consistent and aligned with the company’s overall messaging and branding.

You are keeping abreast of the real estate industry and provide updates on market activity and shareholder movements as well as financial trends, key competitor behaviours.

You are the main lead in ensuring that the company is align with current investor relations practices etc.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Business, Finance, Accountancy/ Communications, or other disciplines from a reputable education institute and have about 10 years of direct, relevant experience in investor relations or a related function.
• You have proven track record in producing quality presentation materials and reports, as well as execution capability in event coordination and management. Prior working experience in real estate/REITs is held in high regards.
• You are a pro-active individual and numerically inclined.
• You possess strong written and conceptualisation skills with knowledge of latest communication tools to effectively deliver an engaging and impactful messaging across various mediums including web and social media.
• You possess excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage stakeholders at all fronts are essential to this role.
