Bank Audit Sales Specialist #ESY

• Conduct reviews and fulfil all requirements under the MAS Balanced Scorecard (BSC) Framework, including client surveys, document reviews, mystery shopping exercises, and assessment of FAA-related complaints, in accordance with regulatory requirements and the Bank’s policies and procedures.

• Monitor BSC outcomes, identify root causes of significant breaches and recurring errors, and drive appropriate remediation actions.

• Deliver training on the BSC Framework to new hires and provide guidance to new supervisors on BSC review processes and complaint investigations.

• Perform independent reviews of customer complaints related to investment sales activities.

• Ensure review processes remain aligned with regulatory developments, as well as changes to internal policies, procedures, and systems.

• Enhance and automate independent sales audit workflows through the use of RPA, system automation, and AI-driven solutions.
