Job Description -Middle office professional

 Closely communicate with Japan Head Office with regard to the Branch’s accounting, information technology, and middle office controls. Coordinate various projects by liaising with Japan Head Office.

 Be in charge of the Branch’s financial budget and fiscal closings. Liaise with relevant divisions and department at the Head Office as well as in the Branch, prepare necessary materials, and report to Branch Senior Management and Head Office.

 Support Head of Department and Senior Management in preparing for and responding to external/internal auditors, tax agents, and regulatory inspections on middle office, accounting, and IT related matters.

 Engage in tasks and projects to fulfill various regulatory requirements.

 Coordinate the Branch’s monthly committees.

 Assist the head of department exercising oversight of day-to-day activities of accounting, information technology, and middle office controls.

 Work on other tasks instructed by the Head of Department and Senior Management of the Branch.

Job Requirements :

 At least 5 years' experience in Banking Industry

 Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

 Multi-task team player

 Excellent interpersonal skill and communication skill

 Proficient in spoken and written Japanese will be required to closely liaise with Japan HQ
